Rooms are available for occupancy after 3 p.m. Please check out of your
room on departure day by 10 a.m.
(If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please give us a phone call ahead
of time.)
We are a non-smoking establishment.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
If you book a short stay of up to 3 nights, we are unable to guarantee you a specific room category. As a consequence, the price might vary slightly.
Deposits & Booking Conditions
In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit in the amount of €300 for each room/apartment you have booked. Please transfer the full deposit to account number 3020 9684, BLZ 44770 at Volksbank Schladming. (For transfers from foreign countries: IBAN: AT30 4477 0000 3020 9684, BIC: VBOEATWWGRA)
Seat of jurisdiction in all business-related matters is Schladming/Austria.
Unless otherwise stipulated, bookings are subject to Austrian Hotel Booking Conditions.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
Wire transfer in advance is also possible!
Payment for weekly packages can be made in CASH
upon arrival or by means of bank transfer in advance - No credit
cards are accepted for packages!
Cancelation Conditions
If you cancel your booking up to 8 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will return your full deposit minus a € 50 processing fee. Within 8 weeks of your scheduled arrival, we will retain your deposit. If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, we will be obliged to charge you for the entire stay minus the cost of board (€18 per person and day). This also applies to delayed arrival or premature departure.
